This is a water fountain, it is located near to the War Memorial Park in Coventry. It has been here for as long as i can remember, although i have never seen it with water flowing from it. Apparently, the lower section was for dogs and the upper section for people. Unfortunately, now is it just a storage facility for empty cans and crisp packets.
