This is my first blog and it is my attempt to take more notice of the world around me. I plan to take a photo a day for 356 days, hopefully it will show that there are interesting things happening around me, and that my life isn't too dull!

Happy new year! And what better way to bring in the new year than at the first stroke of Big Ben, you let the fireworks off. Not nearly as inpressive as the fireworks display in London, but a close second.
