This is my first blog and it is my attempt to take more notice of the world around me. I plan to take a photo a day for 356 days, hopefully it will show that there are interesting things happening around me, and that my life isn't too dull!

Once upon a time a proud embellished tree stood here giving joy to the world. Ok, this is where the Christmas tree used to stand, but now it has gone, which means it's time to clear the house of all things christmassy.
