This is a healthy, low fat quiche, and it actually tastes goooooood! All you need is a tub of quark, 3 eggs, bacon (optional), 1 onion, mushrooms (optional), cheese, and seasoning. Chop the onion and fry in a small amount of olive oil, if you are using bacon, cut the fat off slice and put in the pan with the onion and cook through. Put the quark, eggs and seasoning in a bowl and mix together. Grease an ovenproof dish, put the onions, bacon and mushrooms in, then pure in the quark and egg mixture and mix together, then sprinkle a small amount of cheese on top. Cook for 20 mins at a medium heat, and tadah it's ready.365
This is my first blog and it is my attempt to take more notice of the world around me. I plan to take a photo a day for 356 days, hopefully it will show that there are interesting things happening around me, and that my life isn't too dull!
Wish me luck.
Wish me luck.
